John Gephart's passion is Oahu real estate. Born in Honolulu and has lived here for much of his life, John has seen first-hand the changing urban landscape of Honolulu and is excited to share his knowledge of Oahu's neighborhoods with those he meets.
 
He specializes in residential sales of all shapes and sizes. His resume of sales experience includes Leasehold properties, Vacant Land, Land Fee Purchases, Single Family Homes, Condominiums, Industrial warehouses, Townhouses, Luxury, and New Project Sales (Condominiums and Single Family Homes). He has assisted buyers and sellers in price points ranging from $74k all the way up to $ 2 million. His testimonials from his previous clients speak for themselves.
 
As a former project team member of Keauhou Place in Kakaako, he is very familiar with the intricacies of project sales and is well-versed in the public reports, condominium documents, and contracts that local Hawaii developers present to interested buyers. He has also represented buyers in other new Honolulu developments such as The Collection, Ke Kilohana, Kapiolani Residence, Ae'o, and Aalii.
 
He has been recognized as a top agent at Locations Hawaii (formerly Prudential Locations), having earned the prestigious Chairman's Circle - Gold award (Top 2% of Prudential agents nationwide), Locations Diamond Producer Award, and the coveted Client Service Award every year he's been in the business.
